Everything! The attention to detail covers every level here. From the rapid response to communication, to the arrival, the whole building is exceptional. We were three adults traveling by car and spent two nights here. This is an excellently located apartment - just a short walk away from the heart of town. It is pretty spacious (and the bathroom is very spacious) and would be excellent for two people (for the third person, the sofa-bed is in the kitchen/lounge area). The kitchen was well equipped with everything for our short stay. There was a private gate-operated car park, too. The staff was very friendly, and even though they barely spoke English, they put all the effort into explaining everything and helping answer all the questions. Overall, this is a great choice if you are looking for a well equipped accommodation close to the city centre.

To start with, the friendliness with a nice smile from Fabio. Everything was impeccable and well maintained. The room was just like in the photos, the lighting was great! The entire garden is dedicated to relaxation! Excellent breakfast with homemade and regional products Gitti and Christine were super friendly, kind and very attentive to the customer. We will definitely be back.

    The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. The room was large and had a balcony overlooking a beautiful scene. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. It was like staying at someone's private villa; historical, yet un-to-date inside. The town of Meran is outstandingly beautiful and perfect for taking long walks.
