Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is very nice and cosy, you immediately do not want to leave. Communication was very nice and helpful. Parking inside ZTL was included.

A beautiful character building with a lovely mix of old and new. It's clear that the owners have taken real care and thought with the whole setup, including the furnishings and provisions. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet and great coffee from the machine. The fully automated system works beautifully.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Massimo's Old Town B&B. Everything is well maintained and the 2 bedroom unit is very clean and comfortable. Great location and parking is available. This is not a hotel so be prepared for an apartment style unit with small kitchenette. The breakfast is not onsite but it is a quick walk from the area. I considered booking a hotel for our stay but I was not impressed with what I saw online. This was a great solution. It is in the center of the town and a quick walk to most places of interest. We had a car so we could venture out to the parm and balsamic factories as well as Ferrari and Pavarotti museums.

The owner met us at the apartment and had waited for us even though our train arrived late. An absolute gentlemen who was so helpful and gave us fantastic information on the area. Also, organised a taxi for my husband and daughter who had pre booked the Ferrari museum

    a 200 year old villa turned into a B&B. The remodeling (probably done during the COVID) is of very high quality The location -- drivable to wherever your destination in Modena is. Nice breakfast, a very pleasant yard. Very efficient staff.

    The area is a picturesque part of Italy. The villa where I stayed was nice, situated in a courtyard at the edge of the road, approximately 12 km from the city center of Modena. The host was friendly and hospitable.

    The location is simply marvellous. A traditional "villa" reworked to be a perfect alternative to anonimous hotels. Charging station for EV, with cheap rates. Super breakfast with dishes (sweet and salted) for every taste- available even products without lactose! Large room with warm colors and very nice bathroom

    Our host Roberto was in constant contact with us. He had arranged for us to go to a restaurant and made the booking. Unfortunately, the boat we took from Patras to Ancona was 8 hours’ late. He waited up for us until 2 am! Villa Matildis is beautifully restored and decorated, with exquisite items of furniture. The bathroom was superb - as was the breakfast prepared freshly for us by Roberto.
