Great place and fantastic host. We were warmly welcomed and given with all kind of extremely useful instructions regarding the place and its location. It is situated very close to the amazing center of Perugia, however it may not look like at the first glance. The hint is to use stairs to walk inside the city. Perfect parking lot is available which is very useful and unique in crowded Italian cities. You may park your car safely with constant access the the car. And all that 500 meters from Perugia Fortress. Strongly recommended!

Apartments location is the best, just in the city center but also very quiet because of its position. Pristine clean 10/10 and new, everything is like its in the photos. Host Debora was super 10/10, responsive, flexible check in options, plus she allowed to stay longer the last day cause she had no guest the next day, what meant a lot to us!

Incredibly special stay! When you enter the drive way to the villa you’re transported to another world and time. Novello and his family are wonderful and warm people who welcome you in to their family home, happy and excited to share the history and stories of their ancestors who lived here. The food is incredible and all made from scratch, gorgeous selection of wine. We enjoyed drinks in the garden before dinner. If you’re after a night or two of enchantment then stay here.

We had the most amazing time staying here! The kindness and hospitality we received was exceptional, it felt like we were welcomed into the home! The home cooked meals were such a highlight, the gnocchi was our favourite thing we ate our whole trip!     This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

    Stayed at about 10 different places on Italy this trip and this could be the most enjoyable. Spacious accommodation. It seemed the definition of villa living. Generous spaces, beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, lovely bedroom with fireplace nook. "She said she felt like a princess here."
