The apartment was located in a new development with secure parking behind gates. It was situated in a great location for the beach and all amenities. The flat itself was beautifully clean with everything you needed. Samira has spent time thinking of everything guests might need and even provided snacks and beverages on arrival. Samira and her family are lovely hosts who go the extra mile to be helpful. There are even bikes in the garage for guests to use.

The location was perfect a short walk from the town and beach but far enough back so it was quiet at night. The security was excellent and the room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were also excellent - just what we needed at the end of the day at the beach. The best part may have been the patio and breakfast though. Highly recommended!

Beautifully situated Villa with fantastic views, very tranquil with just the birds singing and the church bells high up above in the mountain above where there is a very pleasant small town. The property was very clean and had cooking facilities if so desired. Great coffee with a decent breakfast. The host Pino was very helpful and friendly,an excellent host.

Anna messaged us and responded quickly so when we arrived, she was there to welcome us. The parking was on the street right outside the apartment and there were plenty of spaces. The aprtment was lovely and spacious and the air con helped keep it at that perfect temperature. Only a few metres from the beach and the beach front road with shops, restaurants, etc this aprtment is in a super spot. The balcony even has a little bit of a sea view. The area was very much family and locals (in June) and that gave it a lovely feel. Good bicycle paths if you want to get about a little quicker than strolling along! I highly recommend the apartment

    Perfect and quiet location for visiting villages in Abruzzen, the Gran Sasso national park and the Adriatic coast. Large and clean room with beautiful view on the coast and inland! Delicious and extensive Italian breakfast with nice view on the coast and countryside. Last but not least was the warm welcome by host Sylvia and eagerness to share with us information on wath could be done in Abbruzzen. Lots of information booklets and informative maps available as well. Only 3 hours drive by car from Rome Fiumicino Airport!
