The facility is fabulous: the furnishings, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, everything was perfect and we would never have left. Absolutely amazing location... penthouse condo on main street downtown overlooking harbour. Ideal location for one or two couples (scuba divers??? ... 2 first class bedrooms w private, ensuite bathrooms)... walking distance to all dive boats, restaurants, etc. Photo attached is taken from the 8th floor penthouse patio overlooking Portoferraio harbour. Mother & son hosts are VERY friendly and provide a wonderful breakfast... highly recommended!!

We stayed a total of 3 nights. Good shaded car park, a short walk into town, brilliant views. The owner was very accommodating and served an excellent breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean a d beautifully decorated.

The owners are lovely - so kind and helpful. The property is in a great location in the centre of town, very close to the waterfront. I found the room to be immaculate and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Amazing views as the apartment is on the ninth floor! (There is a lift!) I would definitely stay there again.

    We loved Procchio! The views were superb, everything was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The friendliness of locals in also in the restaurants surprised us very positively. A nice place to visit again! And if we will go back there we definitely will stay at the Hotel Villa VillaColle! The rooms were exceptionally artistic, good beds, very clean, modern toilets/showers and the whole house looked inviting already from the yard.
