Amazing style of the room, thoughtful designed in details, we liked it a lot. Nextdoor to the Hotel is a very nice Cafe with delicious coffee and fresh and quality eatery, which apart we were eating our breakfast there, we liked to come back for lunch as well. Definitely we can recommend the place.

We enjoyed our stay in Vitoria rooms. The apartament is clean, modern and new, you have everything you need, moreover, it is cleaned an every two days and the towels are replaced. The location is great because it is close to the beach and Quartu’s city centre with many restaurants and cafes. Also, there are beach umbrellas for everyone :)

Luca is a perfect host and helped us a lot with additional information. He was available at all times. The house is very clean and stylishly furnished, we felt at home right away. Nothing is missing and the kitchen is super well equipped, even basic food items are available. The location is very quiet, there are a few dogs in the neighbourhood that bark, but it didn't really bother us. It is quiet but still very well located, you can get to Cagliari and Villasimius quickly. There are good restaurants nearby, as well as shopping facilities, so a car is recommended. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great holiday.

I had some problem how to rate this place. I gave only one 10 before and it always hard for me. But this place was exacly what we need and even a little above. So 10/10. Place is huge, especially for family with 2 children. Big rooms, with place to play for the little ones. Everything you need is there. Parking without any problems, park nearby with playgrounds, wifi working witout any problems, everything clean. Not far from all beaches, cagliari and airport. But for all of this i would give 9. The thing what makes it 10 is the host. The host were perfect. We meet them only at the check in, but it was enought. There met us with full smile, really good english and even some presents:) Out children after whole day trip really needed that choco. And we needed that smile and that 'no problem' apartment.

The modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and well-furnished Villa with garden in a quiet neighborhood. The super friendly, helpful and warm owner and her sister, wo were always there when I ask for it (Thanks for all, especially the help with the needed mechanic and the doctor! :)). The easy access of the house by car (flat streets) and the nearby amenities. Furthermore, the quality of the mattresses and the pillows, and the amount of provided towels and sheets. No mosquito bites at all, what we didn't experience in any other place so far:). And last but not least all the things and stuff provided by the owner like noodles, spices, coffee, milk, biscuits, oil, soap, washing powder etc.., what made the stay even more cozy and comfortable! Thanks too much! :)

There was excellent contact with Ines both before and during our stay. Very easy to collect the keys we were met by Ines and Andrea at the property. Our flight was delayed so we arrived 2+ hours later than originally planned and this was no problem. The host lived near the property so it was easy to contact them if there was an issue (a storm when we were there affected the electric but this was very easily fixed). Before we arrived Ines sent information and videos about the local area. We were given the exact address the day before so it was easy to plan our journey there. We were welcomed by Ines and Andrea and they also left us a welcome packages of pastries, drinks from the local area and coffee as well as a lovely welcome message. The local wine, beer and liqueur (Mirto) were all good quality and delicious. Air conditioning is a bonus in this property and the lovely pool as well. It had an outdoor dining room/living area which we used during the day and evening. There was also a barbeque and prep area.. Clothes washing detergent and washing up liquid, cloths etc were provided. Bathrooms were good and there was an outside shower and taps The property is in a very quiet location and local amenities are close by. We were less than 10 mins drive (approx 20 mins walk) from a quiet beach with crystal clear water and 20 mins from beaches with full amenities such as beach clubs and places to book a boat trip. There were two supermarkets close by and a small shop and bakery in the local village. It's also close to a local nature reserve (near Poetto beach) which has lots of Flamingoes (native to Sardinia). Local beaches had crystal clear water and opportunities to snorkel. We took a boat trip from Capitana Porto but lots also available from Cagliari. The trips stop in various bays to give you the opportunity to swim snorkel. It was an amazing relaxed holiday and the hosts Ines and Andrea were welcoming and helpful if needed.

    Anna is an amazing host, and you can tell she puts all herself in Villa Stella. The place is spotless and so well presented. Having a private pool is amazing and it is so well kept, the garden area and patio around it it's so perfectly kept tidy it looks straight from a fairy tale. We will be back for sure!

    Lovely host who always was there if you needed her. The Villa is clean and well insulated. You will need a car to get to most things but it’s a short drive away. The host left us a tray of goodies to begin our day with which was very sweet.
