The family who owns this lovely place makes everything cozy and taking care of customers well. The room was super clean. Around the villa a lot of activities like hiking, you may to feed donkeys, horses or just relax at the swimming pool. They are dog friendly. I felt like at home in the country side. We’re on a roadtrip in Italy and booked this accommodation without any expectations, becouse we just needed a room that was in on our way. We’re pleasantly suprised of genuine hospitality, accomodation itself and surroundings. There is beautiful and quite nature all around. Even hiking trails if you’re intrested in that. All foods in breakfast were delicious and homemade, made from their own flour and other products. Recommend!

Manuela is a fantastic host. She was helpful, friendly and fun! And sent us on our way with fresh boiled eggs she had just collected from her hens. Dinner was fantastic and so was breakfast. Our room was comfortable, great bed, and her dog moon is awesome. We are cycling the Via Francigena and had problems with one of our bikes. She called a nearby bike shop who agreed to help us and she gave us great advice on an alternate route leaving from the shop that avoided a big climb. She was also patient and helpful with our rudimentary Italian. Highly recommend.

Lovely old stone villa surrounded by farm land and trees. Great location close to the town of Berceto. Delicious breakfasts prepared by the host using local produce and homemade bead. During our 4 day stay we were made to feel very welcome.
