The location was great, Pietro met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He had also saved us a parking spot right next to the apartment. There is also a public parking lot not far from the apartment. There was a bit of a language barrier, as Pietro spoke Italian and we not so much, but we managed quite well. And messaging with Pietro was fast and easy, thanks to Google translate. The apartment was very clean and well equipped from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. We didn't try the laundry machine, but they had everything you need to wash your clothes, including detergent. The air conditioning worked well and the area was quiet and safe, lot of restaurants and the beaches nearby. We traveled with a 6 mo baby and there was a travel cot made ready for her, including her own towels.

Lovely Apartment with all the comforts! Great attention to detail. The owner is really kind and welcoming. The apartment is small with everything needed: a kitchenette, bathroom, one bedroom (with air conditioning & wall heating). The private garden and chairs are undercover, suitable for barbecues ... (washing machine also available). BONUS Free and Secure Parking. The only niggle was the entrance: close to a very busy road, so please be careful, as this is also the road to the lake/beach... no pathway could be dangerous. Highly Recommended.

Room #2 in this apartment is a beautiful room with a very nicely designed bathroom and an INCREDIBLE view. The self checkin worked well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and wifi worked well. The apartment has great access to the old city and is about 20 minutes pleasant walk down to the lake. Breakfast at the Grand Cafe was fine.

We had a great time in these apartments! They are fully consistent with the description, but no words can convey the atmosphere of unity with nature that you can experience while living there. Every day we were surrounded by the sounds of cicadas, the singing of birds and the chirping of grasshoppers. It was a great opportunity to watch the stars in the evening and at night while sitting by the fire! Special thanks to Mario and Julia for their hospitality! They are very polite and caring hosts! We remember them with love and gratitude! Sincere recommendations! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends! 10+!

The location of the Loft was brilliant, there was absolutely everything you could need for our couple of nights stay, it's near a car park ,& restaurants & perfect for walks along lake side ,we slept up in the loft area it was so cosy & comfortable, the little snacks & water left by host very much appreciated, I left my Kindle there and Simona the host posted it over to Scotland for me ,such a lovely thing to do , I recommend you stay here if you are looking for somewhere lovely to stay thankyou Roberto & Nicky

Amazing appartment! Everything you need and more is there. Very friendly and helpfull people. The location is amazing as well, right next to the castle and in the city centre. Everything was lovely!! We will definately visit again if we ever get the chance.

    We loved the villa. The views were amazing, the villa was clean and facilities were as described. The villa is positioned close to local amenities: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and Lake Bracciano. Our stay was most comfortable and the hosts were superb. We enjoyed the pool, the views, the locals; the area was very friendly and peaceful. We would highly recommend a stay here and would be more than happy to come again 😊.

    The villa is really enormous, and close to the centre, yet far enough to make it a bit in the outskirts making it ideal for relaxation. Location is totally amazing and the views are to die for <3 in 400m you are near the lake and it is really beautiful and full of coffee shops and a passage way ideal for a nice walk. Only thing before going message the host so she will send you a location. Location on booking.com will not take you exactly there. As a tip if you see a very hilly climb that is not tarmac you are on the right track :)

    The villa is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking the lake. The house is very big with all the amenities that one would need. The lady was very nice and friendly and was trying to accommodate any of our special requests.
