After four days of hiking, the 40 Steps B&B was like paradise. The owner was so friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The town closeby is not special, but if you are there to enjoy nature, it is the best place to stay 🙂

Luca, the host was extremely friendly and tried his best to help us if we had any questions or needed information. The room was the cleanest we have ever experienced, the bathroom was big and comfortable and the breakfast was really good, too. Last but not least, Vico Equense is beautiful. We have left with great experiences only.

Starace House Primo Piano is located in the center of Vico Equense, very close to the train station on the Campania Express line. The location allows for convenient access to places such as Naples, Pompeii, and Sorrento. In the town, you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shops, and on Saturdays, there is a local market. The property is run by nuns who prepare a delicious daily breakfast served buffet-style in the dining room. For breakfast, you can enjoy Italian ham, cheese, homemade cake, croissants, homemade bread, coffee, tea, as well as fruits and yogurt. The rooms are cleaned daily. Hairdryers with Italian plug adapters are available at the reception. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM, and each guest receives keys to the gate and the front door. The city tax is collected in cash. The Credit Agricole bank with an ATM is very close, located on Piazza Umberto I. You can park your car on the street, but on Saturdays, the nuns inform you to move it to a private courtyard to avoid fines from the police, as the local market takes place on nearby streets. I recommend choosing rooms with a garden view, if possible. Unfortunately, I had a room facing the street. The windows are not well soundproofed, and Italians ride scooters and honk late into the night, greeting each other and so on. It’s part of the Italian vibe, but you get used to it quickly.

Vesuvio view is so cozy and feels like home! Kevin, one of the hosts, is very helpful and kind. He gave us a lot of good tips and made our stay very pleasant. And the view is breathtaking! A really fair price for the bed and breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel situated just across the small harbor of Vico Equense, at equal distance of the main objectives in the area. We felt welcome and the staff was very nice accommodating our needs. Loved our stay here. So homely and relaxing with amazing views. Antonio and his wife were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was the best I have ever seen - amazing selection of homemade pastries and jams, cheeses, breads etc. Really enjoyed the pizza party too. Location was great - less than 10 minute walk to centre of vico equense but Antonio insisted on driving us always. Beautiful swimming pool which unfortunately we could not use because of weather. Very relaxing place. Glad we stayed here and not a hotel in sorrento or Amalfi as Villa ketty was much more relaxing and homely. Hope to return some time.

Everything really. From a warm genuine welcome from Sergio and Luisa to the garden with animals and birds to the spacious apartments we had! Spotlessly clean, elegant decor, stunning views. Large kitchen and good facilities, coffee machine was put to good use, breakfast plentiful. Added bonus visiting Sergio’s art studio with his paintings on the walls and with Luisa artwork. They are both accomplished artists and this was a very pleasant surprise. Sergio kindly spent time with the boys. I cannot forget the handmade amazing huge model train and town display. You have to see it to believe it! The children and us the adults were fascinated. I cannot wait to return next year.

    Villa Denise is an exceptional BnB that provided a sense of serenity amongst the busy coastline between Naples and Sorrento. From immaculately kept gardens to a spotless room and picturesque places to sit and stare, Villa Denise gave us a most memorable stay. To add to the experience Fabrizio and the whole family were extremely accommodating and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

    Our hostess Donatella was delightful, gracious and helpful in every way possible. She arranged a chef’s dinner served on the beautiful veranda, which overlooks the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The dinner was most delicious and a perfect last family evening at Villa Aurora. We really enjoyed the large, well-maintained pool every afternoon to cool off and enjoy time together.

    The place is in a small village, beautiful, quiet and authentic. I loved it. The building is in the middle of very old buildings and we were lucky enough to enjoy a street food festival in the village. Antonio, the host, was great. He was available all the time we need, even before the check in and after the checkout. Our stay was fantastic.
