We drove to this place and they welcome us at the car park. The staffs were very very helpful. Check in was smooth and we got a surprise upgrade from the boss. It was indeed a wonderful Christmas present for our family. The room, the food, the vibes were exceeding our expectation. It was absolutely AMAZING🤩The staff was so caring🥰Ask them if you don’t know how to wear your Yukata. Everything was perfect. We went for both of our birthdays with my boyfriend and they even gave us presents🎁while we were at dinner. Speaking of the dinner; It was incredible. The dinner is self would have cost more than the price of the night outside of Amagase. The breakfast was also very rich, very traditional. I think the price is pretty affordable for the quality of service.👍The staff was so good to us. They even got us to the train station the day we left ! The onsens where so relaxing♨️ I highly recommend you to stay at this place. It is the best place that I stayed at in Japan so far and I’ve been here for a month☺️ the futons are surprisingly very comfortable. Even though we took the least expensive room was very big and beautiful. THANK YOU so much ! love💕

The home is beautiful, location perfect, you have a designated parking space for your car rental. In this region car rental is highly recommended to explore. The host met us in person. The house is beautiful and calming. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Of all our stays in Japan, this part of the trip was favorite.

The owner, who is very friendly, as is all staff actually. In the middle of the charming old town of Hita, a relatively unknown gem. Make sure to book dinner, which is served in an adjacent restaurant, which belongs to the hotel. Amazing standard of cooking, Japanese with some international influences. The breakfast, served in the hotel, is Japanese and excellent as well. Our room had a private bath and shower. On top of that, there are two Onsen in the hotel as well, who can be reserved for private use by the hotel guests. Free parking right in front of the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the river. The hotel owner had good English and very friend. He chatted to us about working for a couple of years in Ireland (our home country) a number of years ago and offered to drive us to the Attack on Titan museum!

I was greeted with kindness and sweetness. Everyone that welcomed me was nothing but amazing. I was offered a free upgrade for my guest did not show up. I was also offered breakfast. I was really happy that Kiyomi, one of the concierge, spoke to me and also offered a lot of restaurant recommendations. Everyone at the vicinity was so nice. The room was beautiful with a breathtaking view. The sauna was also very relaxing and is half in door and half outdoors. I loved it. Not only that but I had to leave early. The hotel gave me refund for the last day! I have never had that before. Where the hotel not only did not charge me but refunded me even though I had a booking. Exceptional. Everything. I would definitely stay here again.
