The hosts are very lovely. They have bbq facility on site (1500 yen fee) which I highly recommend! It’s nice to have outdoor bbq. However, keep in mind that you will need to bring your own ingredients. To access this accomodation you will require a car as it is a bit far from the downtown.

The house is gorgeous, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The owner's attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. A perfect ryokan, it is everything you want from the rooms, to the onsen with a view on the waterfall, to the excellent dinner, breakfast and the good service by the hosts. It is also a good beginning if you want to travel through the Kiso valley. I would recommend arriving early (16:00-17:00) to

This was the most amazing experience. The onsens were very, very clean, crystal water, the food was spectacular, and our waitpersons were amazing! I loved this place. Even the shuttle bus was a great experience. Everyone who worked there was perfect, and my japanese was very little, and their English was little we could still communicate. I want to keep this a secret! Shhĥ!❤️

Top ryokan with beautiful shared and private onsen. The breakfast and meal were really good and large. It’s definitely worth paying extra for the meal. The town has so many beautiful walks and looks great in blossom season.
