The bath water was also super hot, which I love. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very kind. No idea if they spoke English, but there were instructions in English for those who don't speak Japanese. Also, the futons were very thick for a ryoukan-styled hotel. If you're visiting the craft village, I recommend getting to Kagaonsen station the afternoon before and asking the info office about travel and coupons.Guest review bySydneyPeople with friends
