The stay was very good. Very clean rooms, convenient location with a 5min walk from the station. The owner is very friendly and invited us to his friends sushi place and to a local bar. He really went the extra mile to make sure we had a good experience from Japan, we appreciated it very much and it's one of our best memories from our trip to Japan! I stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. I did encounter a problem with noisy neighbors next door, which affected my sleep at night. However, the hotel manager was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged a room change for me. Their service was excellent and truly deserves a 5-star rating! Just a heads-up: the soundproofing in this building is not perfect. If you’re particularly sensitive to noise, I recommend staying at their other property, “VILLAS,” which has better sound insulation. All in all, I highly recommend this place, especially for their warm and efficient service.

The host was very welcoming, the rooms were nice, clean and for Japan pretty big. The kitchen had everything we needed. Mikawa is a pretty but very small and quite city, the house was conveniently located close to the train station.

Excellent facilities and lots of “extras” like onsen eggs, free snacks and drinks. Baths were clean and lots to choose from. Staff were friendly and professional. overall a great hotel!
