Fantastic place, hosts are so wonderful, we got caught by massive storm while being at Furuzamami and had to leave bikes from Yenn's Marina there due to heavy conditions, as were offered a ride by car by some locals, hosts pick the bikes later by themselves. Tastefull breakfast and just two houses away from very good restaurant, rooms are very clean and spacious. Thank you for your hospitality.

The owner is extremely nice. The area around has a lot pf accomidities within walking distance, grocery store like 10feet away, yakitori like 20 feet. Everything else is less thana half mile.if you want to travel they offer rentals and also a. Us ia nearby at the port you can take. My son and i really enjoyed pur time there.

The Kerama Backpackers is really clean , kitchen, common room and bathrooms. The owner is a really nice person and as well his relatives, they provide a shuttle service to take you to the beautiful beaches of the island, where you can do many activities, it only takes less than 10 mins . The entire property was clean, well located but still within a quieter part of the town (was still able to walk to the port within 5 mins). The host was extremely kind professional. I highly recommend staying at Marine Lodge Umigoya and will not hesitate coming back to the property should I come back on Zamami. Thank you very much for everything, once again, I had a great time.

Lovely place. I've never seen such beautiful beaches like in the Kerama Islands. And Homestay Kucha is in a quiet location, with very cute tatami rooms, a friendly owner, and excellent shower facilities - all at a reasonable price!

This was our most favorite stay of our whole Japan trip. The main reason for this was that it's a homestay. Our host Takago was sooo great, super super friendly, funny, cool & an amazing cook. Plus we got to meet many other nice travellers there and it was always a nice place to be. The food she cooked for us was amazing and super authentic. The island is small and you can walk almost everywhere. The island itself looks like it's a bit deserted. The houses aren't pretty and there isn't much, so don't be repelled by this. We were a bit suspicious at the start but in the end it was our very favorite thing!

Exceptional place run by some amazing people who treat you like friends rather than guests. They made our stay in Zamami very memorable. The room itself is quite large and with all the amenities you need. Washing machines are available and you can keep your luggage at the hotel after checking out.

We stayed at Hanamuro Inn for two nights and absolutely loved it. The inn is simple, clean, and full of charm. Just like the island itself. The owner is warm and welcoming, and the whole place had a laid-back, friendly vibe that made us feel right at home. Aka Island is small, quiet, and stunningly beautiful. You’re surrounded by turquoise water, white sand beaches, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. Around the inn, there are a few small restaurants and two little supermarkets. It is just enough to enjoy good local food without any stress. If you’re looking to unwind, swim, snorkel, or just take in the natural beauty, Hanamuro Inn is a perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back. A lovely spot on a lovely little island.
