The hospitality was amazing and all staff members where super helpful and friendly, despite us not knowing Japanese super well but the staff always did well to communicate with us, the cafe was super cute and had some really delicious food. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and super comfortable even had a beautiful view from the window every morning! It was also in walking distant to some nice onsens, foot baths and other delicious restaurants! Definitely recommend if you're wanting to stay there in the colder months.

The location was elite, staff were super lovely and helpful, breaky was a huge variety and delicious, everything was clean and well kept. You can snowboard straight into the accom from the main end of the slope and it’s right between chairlifts, while being close to the main gondola. We got our lift passes through the accom too at a good rate. There’s great restaurants around in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will be back.

The dinner exceeded expectations - about 9 courses that provided a good variety of Japanese cuisine, from fresh seafood to local beef varieties. The property itself also provided so many options to relax, including reading areas and on-site onsens.

We’re traveling with 6 adults, 2 young kids and 1 baby. The house is super big and the kitchen has everything. The kids room has a tent inside and the kids love it. There were some heater issue while we’re there and the host is super nice and he came by solve it. Even brought a new one another day. Really recommend to stay in.

Superb! Well exceeded our expectations. The facilities were amazing. There are free private spas, unlimited drinks including alcohol, and free bar cocktails at night and also open fire to roast marshmallows. We had an amazing experience!

Highly recommended. The staff are standout super efficient, always available and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and newly refurbished (especially the rooms). The Japanese breakfast was an amazing experience. If we had to do this northwest region again we'd definitely repeat this as our base.

Excellent establishment, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was very cozy and clean. The environment was peaceful and calming. We enjoyed the spring bath too! The hotel offers a shuttle car to pick up and drop you off at the nearest station which is very convenient. We were welcomed by very kind staff who made our stay extra nice. Thank you! Both onsens were amazing. The staff were very kind. Food was out of this world, all sourced from the area. We had a Cedar tub in our room and it was great for soaking, plus it hae an amazing view.
