A beautiful place with all modern amenities and appliances. The pool was kept immaculately cleaned every day and the villa was kept spotless with a change of sheets and towels every second day. Cannot recommend this place enough. Book it and you will not be disappointed. Communication with the owner was also excellent.

The staff were so welcoming starting from the hotel owners to the gatekeepers, very friendly and the housekeeper lady Diana was a plus to the hotel, the breakfast ladies were just excellent in their service, the reception team was amazing. Really good location in the heart of Diani, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The place was peaceful and beautiful, and the breakfast was simple but really nice! The staff were also super friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Amazing villas by Hugh the owner. Chef Hussein prepared all three meals and helped out to get great quality ingredients from local stores. Dishes tried were wide ranging (beef stew, grilled steak, fish curry, seafood pasta, all kinds of breakfast food & fresh juices). Milkah the housekeeper also kept the house super clean, not only making up the bedrooms but also kind enough to allow us to do our own laundry. Additionally, Hugh have amazing local tips and contacts from drivers to local spots to check out. If I come back to Diani beach, I’m sure to stay here again.

I am going to wax lyrical on the best place that I have rented. The situation right on Diani Beach Road gives access to bank/ATM and supermarket 5 minutes walk (turn right on exiting the property) Turn left and walk for one minute to reach a really nice Italian restaurant (Leonardo's) The food is excellent, prices well below other establishments and what you would pay in the UK. The host of the apartment is friendly, charming and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is a balcony set off the kitchen area. Prop open the door for warm Kenyan air but please remember to close the screen door to oppose mosquitoes and keep the monkeys out ! There is a washing machine available which is really handy for longer stays and a regular cleaning lady. The bed has a mosquitoe net and is very comfortable. If you have a car, there is good security. For the price and locatiuon this is a must have deal. As the Terminator famously said "I will be back ! "
