The location has a fantastic view over the water. The area is serene but still has a convenience store and some places to eat out at nearby. The breakfast was an adequate Korean style breakfast (Sandwich, rice etc.). A great place to relax, have a BBQ and chill out. Definitely need a car to make the most of this area.

Beautiful pension in a beautiful spot on Namhae. I don’t know how crowded it gets in summer, but in May the place is just amazing. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, they took the time to explain the reason of the pension’s name and showed us their beautiful garden with more the 200 types of flowers. The view from the room is incredible.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and relaxing environment. Very close to the Wetlands Ecological Area which is certainly worth a visit. Can catch the monorail to the Suncheon National Park, a beautiful park, but the monorail station is a bit of a walk as the station isn't at the Wetlands itself. Monorail operates seasonally. Wonderful owner who gave us lots of help and advice about restaurants - great recommendations - taxis, etc.

So beautiful, we had the small private mini house in front of the house which was beautiful, with everything you need, could live there. The owner had a kitten and a dog, she saw how much we loved them so she brought them out for us to say bye to when we were leaving. She doesn’t speak English, so you need to know Korean, or talk to the neighbor that is fluent in English, we speak some Korean so it was fine, but the neighbor came and spoke English to us.

If you visit Namhae this is a really good and beautiful place to start seeing all the beautiful things Namhae has to offer. However Namhae can be quite challenging to travel, because the busses don't drive that often as in the rest of Korea, it would be helpful to rent a car. The host also understands the struggle and was willing to help us with everything from the moment we arrived! (Do take notice that we were the only guests at the time we were there!) He drove us to the nearest supermarket and would share the bus times afterwards, but came back and told us he wanted that we made the most out of our trip to Namhae and would be our personal driver and show us around! This was such a lovely gesture and he wouldn't take no for an answer. We saw everything we wanted to see in Namhae thanks to the host(s). After he showed us around he made sure we could bbq everything we bought from the supermarket. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! If we ever visit Korea again we would definitely come back to this place!

Nicely equipped and decorated apartment, beautiful view, very clean and comfortable bed. The host was very responsive, generous and helpful. The location was perfect for scenic walks and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. It's so much nicer to stay in an apartment with an equipped kitchen compared to a hotel room.
