I enjoyed everything about the stay. The convenience of having a supermarket downstairs for all our necessities, the close proximity to the city center, and the host’s kindness in accommodating a late check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. Thank you to the host! I will definitely stay there again if I visit Almaty 🙂

It's a very cozy room with a close vicinity to the bus stop and restaurants. The landlord is very helpful and is just a message away. The room has everything...from fridge to ac to heater washing machine charging stations tv with Netflix ...you name it. The shopping Mart is 10 meter away with almost everything you want I had a good time!

Our stay at the guest house in Alma-Aty, Kazakhstan, was marked by several positive experiences. Firstly, the location, although in a residential area close to the city center, offered a sense of tranquility away from the bustling streets. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with charming interiors that exuded warmth and comfort. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to relax on the lovely terrace and make use of the barbecue facilities provided. Clean, spacious and very well maintained. Comfortable bed, pillows and even the sofa bed is easy to set up and comfy to sleep on it. The owner is very thoughtful, easy to communicate and you’ll have everything you need in the house. Conveniently located with many eateries and supermarkets nearby. Definitely will stay here again when I’m visiting Almaty! Thank you Aliya for making this place a top notch apartment for our trip!
