The place is spacious and has everything you need: fresh bedsheets, AC, fresh towels, kitchen, fridge, plates, glasses etc. It was clean and comfy. 100% value for the price. The location is good, it is not next to the beach but a very short walking distance. probably 5 minutes. The host was very friendly, attentive and ready to help.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this magnificent hotel, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my stay was! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. I found myself eagerly anticipating each dining experience. The hotel grounds are a true paradise. The gardens are beautifully maintained, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. And the proximity to the stunning sea added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The sound of the waves and the breathtaking views were simply unforgettable. I must also commend the management for creating such a remarkable environment. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence is evident in every corner of the hotel. Amazing value for beach front accommodation. Lovely rooms, and good outdoor spaces to hang out with hammocks in the shade and deckchairs on the beach. Super friendly and helpful staff. A great place to eat on the beach and there is also a kitchen/fridge to prepare meals. Staff can also organise someone for an in room massage too. I wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Highly recommended!!

The days here were just wonderful. This quiet place is 5 minutes away from the centre or the beach located directly beside the lake. Everything was just perfect, the welcoming, the rooms are very big, comfortable bed and very clean bath. You can live in the whole 1 floor with kitchen and terrace and also there is a washing machine for dirty clothes. I have never had such a nice experience with owners like that, they are so welcoming and helpful. they only want the best for you. Thank you for this time

    The villa was fantastic, stunning views, amazing to wake up to in the morning. The staff who are there all day make some amazing food. We really enjoyed the breakfast sitting outside under the shade. The family loved the swimming pool having it available all the time was great. Jayantha was also available to help if needed.

    Perfect stay in Sri Lanka ! We are a familiy with two children in the age of 11 and 14 and spent two weeks in May 2024 in the Villa. Everything was perfect . The host was outstanding. He was always available and had ideas for excursions. The food was very tasty and lovingly prepared. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. There were high waves on the beach during our stay. But we had the beach to ourselves. Warm greetings to Sudath, the best host ever !

The owner is very accommodating. Will help in any situation and question! If you want to go in a bigger company - the Red Parrot villa is next door.
