The room is large and well equipped. Despite situated on the main road, it is very quiet. Very nice furnitured roof terrace and 2-3min walking distance to the beach. All kind of stores and a pharmacy around. Breakfast served in wonderful sea view restaurant. All amenities arranged in a good style. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent, good size, very clean and comfortable. The host and his family were very kind and welcoming. They would bring us little homemade treats throughout our stay which was very sweet. The location is amazing, the Iggy between both beaches, only a 5-10 minute walk in either direction. We were given some recommendations for places to eat and help with travel. Amazing stay, 10/10

    Beautiful Villa close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Its located in a quiet area. The room was spacious and clean. Good for working online if needed. What makes this place special is the owner. Very kind, always tried to help us and even giving us juices and cake (thank you for wood apple juice :). Some tips: - Get a breakfast at Sun and Moon - If you plan to take a surf lesson ask for Noah on Hiriketiya beach

    We had a great stay at Kolition Villa. We planned to stay for 1 night and extended to 7 days. The rooms are clean and the view at the ocean is beautiful, especially when you wake up. It’s very quiet, still you reach good restaurants within a few minutes. The famous Smoke and Bitters is just a 1 min walk. To the beach you need 5 min. WiFi works well and the host is very nice.
