We completely loved this accomodation. Location was perfect, as we came by train and left by bus, it was walking distance everywhere. Whole property is super cool with nice touches that makes it very cozy. Room was extremely spacious with very comfortable huge bed. I liked balcony with nice seating area, which we did not have time to use :) . Whole style of hotels gives you nice colonial vibes, which is so typical for this town, so it just perfectly completed whole feeling from this Sri Lankan historical gem. Stuff was super nice always have nice words for us and helped us with all the questions we had.

The staff was smiling and friendly. This was the last day in Sri Lanka and they were the fastest in preparing and serving breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was great. Our room was big and clean. Everything was great.

Everything was perfect. The family was amazingly hospitable. Way above and beyond our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean. Super comfortable beds, the place was just awesome! We were leaving at 6am, the hostess made sure we had a cup of coffee before we left. Cannot find fault with anything. I would highly recommend Silver rail to everyone.     Very nice place surrounded by nature (10 minutes away from Galle with Tuktuk) and run by a super nice family. Great pool ! 4 villas only, spacious and decorated with style, where you feel at home. We enjoyed local tasty food : delicious curry prepared on demand for dinner and different traditional breakfasts every morning.. We do recommend if you want to discover Galle, chilling in a very zen place.

    Bars Beach Home was is set right one the beach with such lovely friendly staff. I stayed here for my birthday and it did not let me down at all. Everyone was so friendly, drinks were nice and a decent price. I was even given a birthday cake, definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful view of the sunset in the evening We did stay in the holiday home and had our own bathroom
