This was our first stop after a long flight. The beds were comfy and the Villa felt like home. The caretaker was wonderful and cooked a great breakfast for us in the morning. Tucked away from the main street meant it was quiet, which was nice. Great food options just a short walk away

The host and his family are exceptionally friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. The location is perfect for anyone arriving from the airport heading inland, since it is close to the railroad (without being close enough to hear it). The town is the perfect place to acclimatise to Sri Lankan life and heat, and gives you a unique opportunity to explore village life off the beaten track. The rooms have everything you need and the breakfast is overwhelmingly delicious. All in all, we would recommend going here straight from the airport, rather crowded and noisy Colombo

The host and the care taker were very flexible with check in and check out times and process. Close to Gampaha town centre but not yet in the town centre so has idyllic nature to it. It is an old family home carefully converted to a guest house. Selva the care taker was kind and attentive.

Honestly I am shocked. It is not just a room to stay near the airport, it is a proper apartment tastefully decorated and incredibly cozy. It is also fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during the stay. The hosts are very welcoming, the wifi is great and fast, the bed is comfortable and the location is very quiet. I can not even think how it could possibly be better.
