Kumudu was very helpful all the time although we just stayed for one night. We were allowed to use his kitchen without any extra fee. The WIFI also did his job. Showering was able with WARM water.

Absolutely perfect staff lead by Mr White, great chef Raji and mr Raja. Hospitality and effort given for service of our family was just splendid. Kindness and professionalism of Mr White who will provide help anytime you ask. Buildings are quite old but in perfect location - away from noise with spectacular view you will have during the breakfast on terrace. Even local dog "Blacky" is sweet and makes you feel safe.

The stay was amazingly great ! The staff was friendly,caring and professional. The rooms are spacious and with the latest amenities. The view to the pool and to the balconies were breathtaking. When they ask about food preferences one week before the stay, we ask for western food for both dinner and breakfast and they arrange a mouthwatering christmas eve dinner table for our family of 15 people with a three course sit down menu. So the stay went so great and amazing.

Above and beyond expectations and previous reviews were great. Beautiful environment, and a balcony better than any other we've found, superbly clean.owner and his wife are wonderful hosts, home cooked food was the best we've tasted in Sri Lanka. My husband and I stayed at Tea Leaf Retreat and oh wow it was magical. The location was perfect for some peaceful, romantic time away from the busy Kandy. The addition of the pool was really lovely and the room was so spacious with jungle views from all the windows. We had a meal cooked by the host which was delicious and the family were so friendly.
