I loved the design and decor, very close to nature around it. The hosts are great. Very well informed and accommodating. They were able to prepare packed breakfast for me during my stay as I was leaving the property very early. The animals are also very docile and friendly. I also walked away with a bunch of plant cuttings and a recipe for deviled calamari!

Nice place—good value for the price. The family running it is very welcoming, kind, and decent, which made the stay feel comfortable. It’s just about 50m to the beach, so the location is also ideal. There are also some nice restaurants nearby if you want to try something different. Overall, a great stay!

Owner and his family are just adorable family, hospitable, genuinely interested in their guests and their needs! The owner, who is the chef of the embedded small restaurant, prepared for us three meals of a barracuda I've caught. It was the most scrumptious barracuda we've ever eaten in our lives! Sri Lankan breakfast was great, too! Even if it is a small hotel, there was someone their to take care of guests 24/7. We had a couple of very nice conversation and discussions with the owner! Beach is very near! You can see fishermen nets pulled out a couple of times a day. A couple of small shops and a barber are only some 150 - 200 m away, bigger shops and a number of stalls only some 10 minutes walk away.

What a lovely place to stay! We were so happy to witness and admire the great job the Host- Prashanth does helping all the animals in need. Prashanth is a beautiful and very kind person who literally restored our belief in humans. We very much recommend it to pet lovers, and we were happy to know that by staying there we take part in helping the animals. You can see there the sweetest furry friends, and we fell in love with each one of them! The room had everything we needed and the homestay is only a few minutes from the beach and all the amenities . The host is very helpful in arranging tuk tuk, bus tickets and recommending places to eat real local food. We would love to be back there and see all these beautiful faces again! ‘Calm guest’- this name suits this property very much. As we walked in we were like ‘wow’! Such a beautiful villa, extremely comfortable with all facilities, including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and microwave. The host was so kind and friendly recommending us fun things to do such as dolphin watching, nice beaches and lovely places to eat as well as constantly checking in on us to make sure we were all okay.

The rooms were clean and the garden a delight to enjoy. We felt at home thanks to the amazing hospitality from our host, exceptional friendliness and kindness. They looked after us, even took a friend to hospital when he wasn't feeling well. And the food... Wow. The best dinner we had in Sri Lanka, delicious home cooked crabs and fish. Just perfect. A wonderful villa in Trincomalee with a pool and a very well maintained garden, only 10 minute drive from the Uppuveli beach. We stayed on the ground floor of the villa, the rooms were clean and comfortable, air conditioned, very good internet. The owner of the villa treated us with pizza dinner, which was a nice surprise. In general the communication with the owner was fluent.

Vinoth was fantastic as a host! The house was spectacular and looked exactly what the Images showed.The villa is super clean with the spacious rooms and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and close to beach, restaurants & supermarkets. All good, and 100% would recommend staying here.

We loved staying here! So close to the beach The villa is a great size The staff are great! Vanni is so lovely - and does a great job of breakfast and servicing the villas 🫶 Our daughter loved Reshma, the dog 🫶 Laundry per kg Access to many restaurants and water activities Breakfast is great - omelettes, pancakes, hoppers, toast.
