Booked 3 nights extended with 2. The rooms are big, clean and spacious. The bed is huge with a mosquito net, windows that open and such a spacious garden, washing machine that works and a small kitchen, what a place. Felt home from Holland. Really good! Excellent even. In the evening it's quiet, WiFi is good!

The ocean views are breathtaking, the nature that surrounds the property is incredible (bonus for the monkeys visiting at breakfast), the rooms are clean - with AC and warm water - and the beds are very comfy. Chanu and his family did an amazing job in creating this little jungle oasis. They are super friendly, very helpful in regards to any request (scooter rental, tuktuk service), and on top the breakfast is amazing - best dhal and sambol I've had in the whole country! I would definitely go again!

I came at 05:00 a m the manager was in touch with me. before I came he kindly sent me the wi fi internet password that I can call hem when I came. he meet me. offer tea or coffee that was so nice to feel hospitality after long flight. The hotel just across the ocean close by the beach and there are a lot of depots shops and cafes close by. Neranga and his family made us feel welcome from the first minute. They are very kind and lovely people. The tree house is fantastic! It‘s beautiful with a high standard interior and original design. The bed is comfortable, we slept very well and felt safe at night. The tree house has even a shower with warm water! But the best was the wonderful hospitality and the delicious food (tea and sweets in the after-noon, dinner with candle-light and breakfast with the famous blue tea), all with a great variety, healthy and tasty. It was an unforgettable experience and we recommend the place highly! Thank you, Neranga!

    This place was simply amazing - I could keep on raving about it and it wouldn’t even justify the experience at Eraeliya Villas & Gardens. Sundan and the rest of the staff were simply amazing in their way of making us feel welcome and home. The facilities were worth every dime and I’d love to go back some time.

    The place was very clean and beautifuly designed. Big rooms with private showers and balconies. Best shower I've had in Sri Lanka - hot water and water pressure was perfect. Very nice welcoming hosts. The beach is just 50m away from the villa, yet still far enough from all busy places - it hits the sweet spot of being close but not too close.

    I love this place so much I’ve revisited several times. The villas have an old colonial feel with lots of character, and they’re located amidst beautiful gardens. There’s lots of nature to watch and a really relaxed, comfortable vibe. The staff are really friendly and the breakfasts are good. The guesthouse is located in a quiet location away from main roads. Walking distance to great beaches and several good, local restaurants.
