Overlooking Grand river Sud, near the ferry to go to Ile Aux Cerfs. Local neighbourhood close location to Eastern Mauritius beaches as it is just half an hour away from Ile Aux Cerfs. Property was very clean, people managing it were awesome. Kitchen was well stocked and also there was a washing machine.

This accommodation was very perfect. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. You could see the ocean and the surrounding area was very calm. In the outdoor area you can find a pool and you have a direct access to the river. It is a pleasure to stay there! In addition, the staff was very hospitable. You can order home-cooked dinner for a reasonable price. I can recommend this place!

This is a family owned business with a personal touch. The owners clearly aspire to make one's stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Villa Bella is located in a very calm neigbourhood, and has all the accomodations one needs. Every amenity in the kitchen, fruit as a welcome gift, a washing machine with powder ready, a TV, etc.. The house is extremely clean, and all the rooms very spacious. The beds were made with clean sheets, no bugs anywhere, everything was perfect. We were very lucky to be the only hosts there, and had the entire property and swimming pool to ourselves. The people (Marco, Angelique the owner, even the neighbours) were all extraodinary in helping us adjust to Mauritius and the life there. We could always count on somebody to help us out, whether it was Angelique via the chat on booking, or Marco who lives not far at all from the property. The beach is only 5min away by car, and is gorgeous. It's the perfect place for people who like a calm environment but not far from shops, beaches etc. You need a car but that is to be expected in Mauritius. PS: the wifi is extremely good at the Villa, better than in a lot of hotels where I stayed.

    The apartment is located in a beautiful, new apartment house with a swimming pool. The house stands in the middle of a quiet village. The apartment on the first floor has a view of the neighboring gardens and the courtyard on the other side. Breakfast is not served but the owners put ingredients in the kitchen and bring fresh bread every morning.The apartment is very comfortable and the kitcen is fully equipped. The location is ideal to explore the eastern side of the island.

    Wonderful place to stay. Clean, well equiped apartement with nice view. Owner was really friendly and kind. He was taking care of us all the time. He recommends us local restaurant and organize trip to Ile aux Cerf for us. I highly recommend to opt for this apartement. Service and atmosphere was just perfect. Village Deux Freres is place where you can meet locals and taste local quisine. Hope to return soon.

    Very nice place located in a small remote village. The host, Rajesh, was very friendly and helpful. He helped us with a rental car as well as a local sim card from the day we arrived. The highlight of our stay was having authentic mauritian dinner at the little restaurant of Rajesh's friend a few minutes away.
