Casa las Lola’s is a very well-kept facility, you can see the owner puts great effort in it with taste and attention to details. Considered the other solutions in Xpujil, I think las Lolas is a great solution, as it is out of the at-times-unpleasant village center, and it offers a decent garden to relax. Do not expect a small resort, the hotel is rather composed of a few small buildings with one or two rooms each, with more in construction, and a garden. The staff taking care of towels and bottled water was sweet and professional.

Very calm location in a secluded forest. The village Xpujil can be quite noisy due to the many trucks taht are crossing the village on the main road. The Cabañas Aldea Maya (actually just one recently finished, another one under construction and some planned) offererd everything we needed during our stay. We highly reccomend it for couples.

It's a bit off the noisy main road and all the restaurants and street food stands are just a 10 minutes walk away. The dogs are very sweet (although barking in front of our cabana at night) and accompanied us when we strolled through the village. They also have two very cute cats. Expect a more rustic, close to nature experience so you'll wanna bring earplugs for the night.. The cabins can be locked but are not fully sealed. There is a mosquito net for the bed but we got a few bites anyway (who knows what that was)
