From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the serene atmosphere of this stunning retreat, set against the backdrop of lush greenery and the crystal-clear waters of the South China Sea. It was perfectly maintained, offering us a private space to unwind while soaking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. From the warm check-in process to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, we felt genuinely cared for. It was clear that guest satisfaction was their top priority, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The location is secluded yet accessible, offering peace and tranquility without being too far from essential amenities. We spent our days lounging by the pool, indulging in delicious meals prepared by the in-house chef, and exploring the nearby beaches.

My flight was delayed and even though I arrived at 2am, the staff made sure I has access to my room. Throughout my stay, the resort staff were so kind and courteous, via Whatsapp everyday, they checked in to see if I needed housekeeping. I liked I had the choice! The room was exceptionally clean and tidy when I arrived, so I opted for housekeeping only every 2 to 3 days. There is dedicated wifi in each apartment, only lost connection once when there was an electricity outage, but this was short. The location is just stunning! Borneo Villas are on the shoreline of a stunningly beautiful and isolated beach. The oceans waters are clean, although please note there is no beach lifeguard so swimming at sea is the guests own responsibility. There are several swimming pools that can be used too. The staff are happy to arrange everything for you that you cannot do onsite! They will arrange transfers to town/airport and also laundry if needed. Sabah has many stunning attractions and the staff work with various operators to ensure you can maximise your experience in this stunning part of the world! There is also a 24 hour cafe on site! Great for jetlagged guests! There are kitchenette facilities too. My stay was just wonderful! I shall return!

It feels like I'm coming home. To drink coffee and close to the beautiful scenery and river side, it feels very comfortable.

I liked how easy the check in and check out was. It was very straightforward and easy.

The Homestay is near to the location that I want to go to and it's very convenient for me! A very safe environment got security check points! car park is available and very close to the restaurant! If you got a kid there's a nearby swimming pool,as for me the gym is also available here and it's only 1block away! Second time booked here! More importantly privacy safe!

I live and work in Ranau but I often stay here for a work meeting at KKIP and this place is perfect. Clean, cozy, well equipped & well maintained.
