I stayed here for one night with my wife and little kid. Everything was perfect, the room was bigger than we imagined, the breakfast was delicious and we liked the hot bath with bubbles a lot. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we wish to return there someday

My wife & I take 5-6 breaks a year in apartments booked with Booking.com, airbnbn etc. This apartment is probably the best that we have ever stayed in. It is in a great location, around 5 minutes walk from the railway station and close to restaurants, supermarkets etc, including an excellent Thai restaurant (called Sisaket) around 3 minutes walk away. It is in a picturesque row of houses, facing a lovely canal & a working windmill. Everything was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable & tastefully decorated & furnished. The owner has clearly gone to a great deal of effort to ensure that guests have as positive an experience as possible. There is a folder inside the apartment which has comprehensive useful information & so there was little need to contact the owner during our stay. On the one occasion that I did, she replied very quickly with an answer to my question. When visiting Leiden in the future, if this apartment is available at the time, It will very definitely be our preferred option.

Everything was beyond wonderful. I loved the common area (so green and beautiful!), the free coffee and tea options, the tranquillity of the interior, the comfort of the apartment and the view on the city, the laundry machine and dryer which were freely available (including washing powder). The staff did a fantastic job! This hotel is a bit pricey and if you travel by car, it is a nightmare to find parking in the area. Otherwise, it's a delight to stay here. I will certainly come back.
