This place is absolutely amazing. The view was spectacular. The host was very kind. The house was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. If you are looking for a beautiful serene place to lay your head, read a book and take in the view in quietness, this place is for you. We felt so welcomed by the fireplace which was so warm and cosy when we arrived in the night. Thanks Diana for setting it up for us! We loved the wooden furniture in the house. The place was warm, cosy, clean and we especially liked the heater bulb in the bathroom which kept us warm when out of bath. The guitar in the house brings back wonderful memories for my son-in-law which he appreciated. Thanks Laurie-Ann for putting your trust in me. We absolutely loved our stay at Anglers Lodge Coromandel! The location is simply stunning — a peaceful valley surrounded by native bush, with beautiful views of the Hauraki Gulf. The cabins are spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean and well cared for, and the bed was incredibly cozy. The whole place has such a warm and relaxing vibe. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready with local tips, fishing advice, or help launching our boat. Their hospitality really made our stay special. The facilities are fantastic too — swimming pool, spa, coffee bar, BBQ area, and a lovely playground for kids — all surrounded by nature and fresh air. The sunsets were magical, and the evenings so quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend Anglers Lodge to anyone looking for comfort, nature, and genuine Kiwi hospitality. We’ll definitely be back! 🌿🌅
