The location, while approximately 15 minutes from Dunedin, is an historic area in its own right and worth a visit. While not numerous the cafe and food options available are outstanding. Mary and her wife are great host, very welcoming and always there to help you. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was great: homemade marmalades, 3 different kinds of bread, yoghurt, different cereals, etc. The neighbourhood is so quiet. There is anything that we don’t like.
