Excellent cottage! Clean and cozy. A few minutes walk to a secret glowworm seeing spot! Enjoy beautiful milky way at night and sunrise in the morning. Angus is such a good host and we had a nice chat in the morning before checking out.

This was the best property we stayed in on our 2 week road trip around Nth Island of NZ. And we stayed at some posh places (5 Star, etc.). Blown away with this farm stay. Such a lovely people. Whilst small by design, the place had everything we needed for a nights stay before heading to the Waitomo Glowworm Caves the next day (only 10 mins away). The kids loved their bunk room. Although we didn't need some of it (we were on our last day in NZ and already had breakfast provisions which we needed to finish up), the bread, eggs, milk and drinks were a welcome sight after travelling for the day. My daughter did decide to have some eggs at breakfast and liked them - we though they may have come from the chooks next door. In our haste, we forgot to take the drinks with us but all in all it was a lovely touch. We enjoyed spotting the farm animals next door as well.

The place is amazing and the host is awesome, great guy. Everything is explained on a card at the room and with plaques at the house. Parking is very good, shower with a lot of space and comfortable bed. The garden is very beautiful and well taken care of.
