Good location…easy to find. Great breakfast was delivered each morning by Peter,our host,which we ate outside overlooking the wonderful garden listening to the birds. The cottage is lovely,full of beautiful things.The bedroom was big with an enormous comfortable bed.The bathroom was also large with a great shower. Everything was provided…shampoo,conditioner…etc The kitchen was fully equipped…tea,coffee,milk,juice…even biscuits and chocolates! So much thought had gone into making guests comfortable.We really didn’t want to leave!

The room is very clean & spacious & you are given a very warm welcome plus a little tray of tasty home made goodies awaits you in your room. The location. 1 hour drive north of Auckland airport, we wanted somewhere quiet to get over the flight from the uk. Perfect. The kitchen dinner and terrace are lovely. The air con is good and necessary. The owner, Danielle, is very friendly and the swimming pool is lovely.

We spent only one night here which was a mistake We had the upper flat and it has a stunning view over the bay. It is very well equipped with all you need in the kitchen, which is also the large living room. Very good beds, nice shower/ bathroom and all the snorkeling etc. equipment available. Also a huge selection of leaflets about the area, a very nice map with all places of interest hand made with pins. We can fully recommend this place
