Ideally located in Nizwa old town, clean and well equipped boutique hotel with a particularly welcoming host and staff. Try to sit down with Ahmed, the host, for a cup and of gahwa in the evening and learn the history of Nizwa old town and local date varieties. Entrance to Al-Aqur wall is a few meters away. There is a large parking 20 meters from the hotel (but be careful driving into the old town in large cars in busy evenings). Tourism is rapidly developing in the very cute Nizwa old town.

We stayed in the apartment on the 4th floor and everything was perfect! The apartment is spacious, very clean and even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It has a beautiful view and it’s in a great location, just a short walk from the Fort and the souq. The owner was extremely kind, welcoming and always available — he gave us lots of useful tips for our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and we highly recommend this place! There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave and a small fridge, which was absolutely fine for us.
