Perfect location. Comfortable and modern. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Decent breakfast served early in the morning to accommodate early morning tour departures. We initially had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi on our floor, but the manager quickly resolved the technical issue.

Very helpful and attentive staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, the location is the best - less than 1 minute from the bus station. From the other hand, it can be noisy, because the buses start at 5:30 am and people standing in the line to the bus to Machu Picchu can be loud. But if you stay for one night and leave early as well, this place is perfect!

The rooms were very clean and cozy. They waited for us at the train station. The location is just perfect and even though it's right in front of the train station all the noise was isolated. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the reception after check out.

Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the river. I asked the staff to leave a birthday message for my boyfriend in our room, and they did it:) The staff was very sweet and friendly and always there to assist. I liked the fact that they're very efficient and proactive since they know visitors in Machu Picchu don't have much time. Very nice breakfast and great coffee.
