Elmer and his family were great hosts. The comfortable house is in a lovely garden with free roaming chickens. We enjoyed the pool for cooling off in the midday heat. The balcony was great for bird- and agouti spotting. Elmer organized some very nice tours and generally took care of everything

A really lovely, peaceful place to stay, surrounded by the sounds of nature, with all the little whooping, scratching, hooting critters that abound. Nicholas, the host, was so helpful in sorting us out with various things, including day trips. It is quite a way from town so organise your food and drinks before you arrive, and don't be fooled by the distance on the map - the real distance is further as you bounce around swerving round potholes. Some taxis might not make the journey depending on the season. Here be dragons....

We enjoyed every minute at this place. It is a fantastic combination between having electricity and internet everywhere and being in the middle of the jungle. Like a very luxurious version of camping. They were very helpful with everything. We loved their food and the fresh juices. We loved cooking outside. The kitchen is simple but you can cook most of the dishes. The activities were great and cheap in comparison to others. The beds are better than our own at home. They really need to tell everybody, that there will be real Monkeys and other animals visiting. It is spectacular.

Raul was amazing! He took me on a tour of the city, made me coffee every morning, had great knowledge of the Amazonian animals and plants, dropped me off at the airport and was a lovely man who made me feel very welcome! The accommodation is very homely and peaceful which is lovely to chill out at. Beautiful garden with shaded areas to relax. My room had a fan and AC machine, comfortable bed, towels, extra toilet roll and was a very clean and comfortable room. Had a great stay here, and ended up booking an extra 2 nights! Definitely recommend! Thank you ☺️

We had a wonderful experience. The lodge is a family business, we had the opportunity to meet Marcos, Yure, Ines, Jorge, Jersey, Darley … the little monkey Macaco and the funny parrot Pepe. The ambiance is very cozy. The food is also very good, they are doing a special effort to show all the Peruvian specialties. All the tours where right on time and as described in the brochure. In case of changes of plans, the manager will quickly find a solution according to your needs. This address is highly recommended 😀
