We chose to stay at 1Peace Resort since we were searching for a location with a different vibe from Alona Beach. We made this choice because of the excellent ratings and the private beach, and we were happy we did. All of the staff, Berto, and Freddy—are very friendly and helpful. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere is something we truly appreciated. You are welcome to attend the communal dinner that is served every evening. The food is delicious. It is a very unique location with a positive vibe that allows you to unwind and enjoy yourself. You can actually swim from the beach to the resort's dive spots, where you can see some really interesting marine species like sea turtles, sea snakes, lion fish, sting rays, and more. Freddy is a fantastic dive master and will be glad to show for you! The location is quite distinctive and definitely worth visiting; I'd be happy to return one day and stay longer!

The hotel is directly on the beach. It has its own beachfront area along with a beachfront bar and restaurant. The beach is a 10/10. Love this place. Friendly owner from Germany, friendly staff, and fun to chat with some fellow expats. You can book a scooter through the hotel for 400 pesos per day. Wifi is strong and reliable. If taking the bus from Tagbilaran, ask to be dropped off at the Anda Public Market, and the hotel is a short walk down the street.

Loved our stay here. The room was comfortable and very clean, quiet at nights. Angela and Erica were so so nice, always helping and making us feel like home. The place is littlebit outside of the town, but still walking distance.

Nice hosts, private beach, good breakfast. At the time we ware the only guest so it was perfect. You can rent a scooter at the host. The place is inside a small forest so realy calm and almost movie like.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The manager's son even took the trouble to drive me to a restaurant, because I arrived by bicycle and didn't want to cycle to a restaurant in the dark. The manager and her son were both so friendly and lovely, I'm sorry I didn't have the time to take a picture with our bicycles! If I'm in the area I will definitely come here again. Very peaceful location and lovely mango trees. Felt quite local and authentic in the best way.

Apart from the room/bungalow itself, which is perfect and situated in a really lovely garden, I mostly enjoyed the company of Anna and her husband Chris... Anna is an amazing host, with outstanding cooking skills. She cooked even for friends I brought over and baked bread for me without milk (I'm allergic). One evening her and I went out together to enjoy local festivities and I extend my stay with them because I was having such a great time. While she welcomes you warmly and is open to connect with you, she also respects boundaries and your needs to have privacy or time alone. I can recommend anyone to chose Casa de Corazon...I hope someday I will return ♡.

The host and hostess are very kind giving us a lot of good advices which all helpful. The room is big and cleaned. Air con working good. The location has not shown on google maps, but it's near to the bus station, which is about 600 meters.
