Nick was very helpful! There are five beautiful peacocks and eleven cats. Our room was cleaned daily, even when we forgot to clean the coffee pot one morning. They provide ear plugs! The balcony is huge and the air conditioning works wonders. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, including a grill which we used almost every night. The sun room has a small pool table, a dart board, and board games. The social spaces are great but you could also just keep to yourself if you wanted.

Our stay at Puertas was incredible! Kate and Lisa went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help us all the way through our trip. The hotel is beautiful and fully equipped with a lot attention to details. We had trouble with one of our excursions and Kate helped us immensely and saved the day. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
