We had a beautiful view of the river, the old Town and Castle from our room. The room was perfect for our stay. We had a very clean and nice room with privat bathroom with huge shower and shower gel/shampoo and hairdryer. A little fridge, kettle, coffee, tea were available in the room. There were an outside pool. I highly reccomend it. 🙂

A return visit - not the first one, and not the last. All good as always! Impeccably clean and comfortable little room in the 'budget' wing of the Hotel Museu. Multi-channel TV for news, and aircon. What's not to like?! Excellent value and recommended.

Everything - this is a quite exceptional find in a beautiful rural setting. The attention to detail was amazing … so much care and love evident everywhere Great pool, sun deck, and loungers We were biking so could not drive to get dinner - instead the wonderful owners provided us with a beautiful meal and wine We wish we could have stayed longer

We had a lovely week in this beautiful house, the owner has really tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. It's very important to have heating at this time of year in Portugal and the log burner made the house very cosy. If you like walking, bird watching and wildlife, this area is fantastic, you've even got the chance of seeing the Iberian linx. Will definitely be returning

    A pleasant rural location in a small village. Very quiet apart from occasional barking dogs. Very friendly welcome + bottle of local wine. Simple rustic accommodation with large, comfortable double bed and shower with good supply of hot water. As many gadgets as most could dream of. Keeps cool in hot weather.

    This property exceeded our expectations. The apartment has unique style and beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked. The village is small, peaceful with coffee place just 1 minute walk away.

    First of all, we were not expecting breakfast but Ana had left some cheeses, parma ham, juice, jams from the area, coffee, teas, milk and fresh bread!! Delicious and much appreciated. The Villa is very comfortable with a wonderfully inviting room for relaxing, watching TV or reading !! As well; a complete kitchen, dining room 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had been traveling for a month and needed a place to "rest up" before heading on. Spent 4 days and were content to "just hang out". It felt like home.
