The property itself has a warm feeling. I am not sure how to put it better in words, but it felt homey. Other than that the location is 10/10. To reach the beach all you have to do is take a short trip for like 10 minutes? Also there is a Lidl market super close, also about 10 minutes walk at most. There was also a smaller shop even closer to the location, about 3 minutes? Plus lots of places where you could eat in the vicinity.
