The hosts definitely enjoy people and have a gift for hospitality. ‘Don’ insisted on taking the suitcases for us, both on arrival and departure. His wife was great too. They waved us down the road as we left. I wished they spoke better English so we could get to know them better, and their grandson was very polite too. The place was immaculate and we loved the tasteful homelike decor. There was a very clean kitchen that we could use as desired, there was a coffee maker to make pot in the morning, and they even happened to have ice on hand when we asked, which we really appreciated. The closest restaurant is about 1 km down the road, and we had a wonderful supper there, Papa Turos Bukovina. Such a lovely location in the country, peaceful and quiet. We even had our own balcony to use. Would highly recommend!!!

Lovely guesthouse in a beautiful countryside location. It had a traditional Romanian feel, and the setting is so peaceful and relaxing. It was amazing to wake up to birds singing in the morning! The hosts were warm and friendly. Well situated if you are visiting the wooden churches and painted monasteries up north.

Literally heaven on Earth. No words can describe how perfect the place was and how welcomed we were to Stefan’s family house. We were greeted by our hosts’ parents, who went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was huge, very nicely furnished and the absolute cleanest, and we slept like babies. We had a private bathroom attached to it, as clean as they come. Our host made us traditional Romanian cuisine, which was the best we've ever eaten : chicken and vegetable soup, roasted meat with puree and cabbage and rose jam (all of it homemade of course). They very kindly lent us bikes so we could ride to Moldovita Monastery, without any extra. And in the morning, our host showed us the traditional way to paint eggs, and gave us the final result of this demonstration. If you want to visit the Bucovina region, THIS IS THE PLACE : the kindest people, the best food and a good rest.

Hosts are very nice and the room was excellent. What we didn't expect was that the building is very close with the road. It was good because the road is not busy and noisy.

Very friendly and nice family. We had homecooked food for 2 days. Lunch, dinner, breakfast. The dog was very friendly. Like a home. Grandma was very friendly too. They have a backyard with chickens, a pig and 2 cows.
