All the people working there are so nice, the gallery is really interesting at it's just a really relaxed vibe. A welcoming, lovely young family who makes you immediately feel like you're staying with friends! I spent 2 lovely days with Norbert, Monique and Randa and I enjoyed getting to know them over the meals which they share with their guests. This is the sort of place you'll remember fondly months after you've left Rwanda and that's because of the wonderful people who run it, who take their time to ensure you're comfortable and happy. I also appreciated their flexibility with my ever-changing plans as they accommodated my early arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable and the house was clean and full of love. The hosts have a background in tourism so can help arrange (and guide) any activity you may want to do. It's a little gem in Musanze and you'll be so happy you chose to stay here.

The host is realy friendly and welcoming. He also works in the local tourism and thus knows great places to visit apart from the gorilla trekking. Our car broke down the morning we wanted to leave and he was a great help with getting the right mechanics.

The owners made us feel very welcome we felt like we had come home. We were given great information on the area and activities. We hadn’t made plans to see the gorillas and Issac helped us greatly to make the arrangements to see them. We thank both Issac and Jojo for being great hosts and we hope to come back again .

The home-cooked food was incredible and really appreciated after a hard hike. The location was perfect for hiking in the Volcanoes National Park. We had extra help with taking care of our muddy clothes too.

Wow wow wow… can I also give 100 stars? A very Cousy but basic place to stay at the Vulcanos Nationalpark! However the best thing about the Vulcanoes view guest house is the staff. No wish is to big and everything is made possible! For example they carried the table, chairs and food on to a field. I never had dinner with such an amazing view!! So I just can recommend to stay here.
