We enjoyed the fruit bowl, snacks and wine left for us (this was an unexpected and lovely surprise). We really felt like we had an authentic experience staying in a small countryside village with so much history and character and appreciated the kindness and help extended to us by Guy and Polona. The room also has a small kitchen where you can prepare a small meal. The hosts also prepared a small snack (also for our dog) for us upon arrival so that we wouldn't be hungry, as there is no grocery shop in the village.
