One amazing hotel. The room was super clean, very comfortable in this newly renovated 19th historic building. The owners were there for our every needs and gave us advice in visiting the area.. The breakfast was also great!

The apartment was beautifully and comfortably furnished, spacious and clean. There was absolutely everything you might need for your stay. We also used the sofa bed in living room and the mattress was perfectly comfortable for shorter stay. Honestly, we felt “at home”. The apartment was few minutes away by walk from Kubinska hola, so perfect location for skiers.

Very well equipped, with everything you might need be it winter or summer. Longer stay or just a couple of nights. Beds are fine with comfy mattresses. There is a coffee machine, toaster, and full set of kitchen tools for even more advanced cooking:) The best thing about the apartment is how much light you get through big windows in the day area and the stunning view. The location provides many options for family trip in the nearby Kubinska hola mountains (zipline, Tarzania, hiking, biking, skiing…) or in the town of Dolny Kubin (swimming pool, aquapark, wellness, massages, restaurants, kids centers, escape rooms, bowling…). The host was super courteous and let us stay until afternoon on the check out day as there was no-one checking in on that day. I would come again for sure.

    The location is very nice up in the mountains near the ski resort. Less than 10 minutes to get to town for groceries, petrol, and other needs. Building is pretty new and pretty quiet in the evenings. Apartment is nicely laid out. Was nicely located from several attractions in the area that were of interest to us including Orava Castle, the UNESCO World Heritage Village of Vlkolínec, one of the wooden articulated churches in the area located in Leštiny and more.

    Very nice guesthouse situated at the very end of a village (formally part of the town Dolny Kubin but in reality a small village in the mountains). Surrounded by nature, very quiet place. Comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony, very good breakfast, a lot of parking space. Fabulous castle Oravsky hrad within less than 20 minutes of driving.
