Everything was perfect!! Big and clean room, super comfortable bed, breakfast very good. The House is 15 minutes walking from the “city center” but it is super easy to reach + you can take a bike and go around. Special thanks to all the people I met: extremely kind!!!!

One of the best hostels we stayed in Thailand. The owner is super helpful and provided us with great recommendations on what to do and helped us renting bikes and taxis at a great price. BUT the best is the tranquility of the place and of course for the kids the rabbits… this place is just perfect for families!! Also worth mentioning their breakfast is the best we had!

In all my travelling in so many countries and locations I have never felt so welcomed as I was here. Such lovely people, so friendly and helpful kind and caring, nothing was a problem and all of this was mainly down to Koyy a family member who is a credit to the family. One of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve stayed at a lot!) The location is in a friendly village with some delicious local food, the tiny house is very cute, comfortable, super-clean and well maintained. It’s very tranquil to sit on the terrace and relax or work (as there is superfast broadband). But the best thing are the owners Trin and Toi - as well as the other people who work there - they are the best hosts, so helpful and kind and really make you feel at home. I am on a cycle tour around Thailand, Trin is a keen cyclist and he took me out on local bike rides, invited me to his house, got me food from the local market and was just lovely to spend time with. I booked for 2 nights originally, then stayed another 2 … and then was sad to leave, but will definitely be back!

    The staffs were so kind, the breakfast was amazing and we could rent bikes so we can cruze around tbe village. Also, the bed and bedding sheets were so clean like a hotel. We were amazed how affordable price can provide us more than enough. The pasta they cooked for us at night was great. The area is so local that we were feeling nice and calm. Thank you for your hospitality.

    We spent only two nights to explore Chiang Rai! This accommodation was ideal, providing everything we required. The air conditioning was excellent, and there were tours available for booking. They helped us book the day tour to explore the White temple, Blue temple, Long neck village etc., and it was amazing! We would have extended our stay if we hadn't already booked a flight. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
