We liked the possibility of a free taxi service around the island (we didn't use it much though since you can walk everywhere). Welcome drink and nice breakfast. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Location was amazing , private beach so even in peak season had beach to ourselves. The staff are absolutely amazing and great communication with property owners.

We loved our family room. We had a big double bed and the kids had a couch in the same room as us. We also had access to a kitchen and fridge and a very nice table outside, on the terrace, with a super, super useful fan. We spent a lot of time on that lovely terrace, we enjoyed the outdoor time thanks to the amazing fan. The room is spacious, with a lot of space to put your luggage. They clean every day the room and they also bring some complimentary bottles of water. We had some problems with the aircon, but the staff was on top of everything and resolved the issues. The location is amazing, 2 minutes away from Pattaya Beach, right on the main walking street, we recommend the Elephant restaurant, very close to the Sweed Hotel. We would send the kids alone to the beach, to buy ROTI for takeaway, we felt very safe for them to be independent and go by themselves and walk or go to restaurants and order takeaway. :) Overall, it was an amazing experience, we loved our time here, so we booked again for another 5 nights. We recommend it.

Small but tasty breakfast (you get a fresh croissant with some jam), WiFi working well, nice owner, good location close to many restaurants but still quiet. It’s not luxurious but well maintained and sufficient. Overall would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

This is a beautiful self catering house right on sunrise beach. Our favourite beach on Koh Lipe. The house is equipped with kitchen utensils and everything you need is there if you want to prepare simple meals. It is spacious and nicely decorated. We were 4 adults and 2 teenage kids and there was more than enough space for us. The host was very helpful and arranged a taxi boat for our pick up and drop off. We will definitely be back
