I had such a lovely stay at this place! The home was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect-close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful. Great property, the e outside area is really a plus with a nice pool and restaurant, everything is well kept. Rooms are nice and tidy, big bathrooms with shower. The hotel has a free shuttle bus that every 30 minutes can drop you off at the top entrance of the archeological sites; coming down from the travertines then it’s an easy stroll back to the hotel walking through the village center.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend and I loved it. I am going to start with what I loved the most. THE FOOD. THE FOOD was AMAZING. It's one of the best I've tried. The staff were really nice and accommodating. They're quite informative and helpful. We had an issue with our original room and were instantly provided another one. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a hotel close to the travertines of pamukkale. I also recommend doing the tour for the pamukkale travertines, which I booked through the hotel. The tour guide Ahmet was quite informative with the history.

Very friendly people and it feels like a family. The food is good - home cooked and for a good price compared to the surrounding restaurants. Location is fantastic - just a short walk to the town gate for Hierapolis.

Sinter Terasse is set in a perfect location. The outdoor dining in the garden was a beautiful place to wake up and have breakfast each day.
