The hostel is really close to the harbour so it is easy to reach it by walking. The host was very kind and helpful, I had some serious problems withdrawing money with my credit card and she helped me a lot. If you plan to visit Lanyu, I suggest you take cash with you. Moreover, in the island there is no pharmacy and when I arrived I felt horrible because I had boat sickness (I forgot to buy medicine before coming). For my departure the host provided me some for free, I really appreciated it. I truly enjoyed my stay at Dodowu Homestay and I would highly recommend you to this accommodation.

The auntie who runs the guesthouse is so lovely and wonderful, she really goes out her way to make you feel at home. She was the highlight of my trip to Lanyue, she was so kind! The b&b is in a great location, opposite a lovely beach where you can swim.

The campsite is located in a rather remote part of the island and it's really quiet there. If you want to get away from the city, I can't imagine a better place to go! You'll fall asleep to the sounds of waves and owls (we spotted several while saying there).

The guesthouse has a wonderful terrasse, just by the ocean. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the terrace and watching the waves. Rooms are nice and clean. The host welcomed us very nicely. Helped us to arrange ferry tickets and also invited for a family dinner. We highly appreciate her hospitality and care. We surely recommend this place!

It was a really nice and pleasant stay! The place is beautifully located, and you can see most of the sunset from the lovely terrace! The host is also very friendly and helpful! He helped us transport our luggage from the ferry port by car, arranged a motorcycle, and helped us organize some activities such as scuba diving! Would highly recommend.

Great place with a terrace overlooking the sea. Comfortable and clean rooms , good showers and lovely helpful staff. Breakfast included had good choices and was delicious. A bar and restaurant few steps away for the evening.

They helped me booking the ferry, because I couldn't do it online. For paying the hotel you need cash. The Island has 3 ATM but one was in chinese and the other didn't wanted work with international Visa. They helped getting money via a line account and getting money for me. They also helped me to rent a scooter! Thank you very very much. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the ferry station, and next is the 7 Eleven - it's not getting better :-)
