Great central point to launch from, I felt genuinely safe. Room was spacious. I highly recommend using the fire pit on the upper deck of a night and watch the town. It’s really pretty.

I like the location. It was close to Mill Ave in Tempe, walking distance to ASU and many Restaurants The host was very communicative and helpful. It has a small but fully functional kitchen with a 2 burner stove and microwave. Small TV for the space but it was a decent quality 1080p HD TV. The unit was a lot larger than I expected for the price
