Their attention to detail and dedication were remarkable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of placing fresh flowers in my room – it added such a warm and personal touch to my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly the hotel responded to my needs. When I requested a washing machine, it was promptly brought to my room, making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. This level of attention to guest requests truly impressed me. The Christmas decorations added a magical touch to the hotel, and the pool was a perfect place to relax. On my last day, I noticed the General Manager feeding the birds in the garden, which deeply touched me.
